Bad
Disappointing stay due to poor... Liked: The location was ok, but unfortunately the overall experience did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, transparency, or customer service. Disliked: The room was poorly maintained and unclean, with dirty windows and floors, dust, food crumbs, discoloured bedding, and an unpleasant smell. There was also black material resembling mould. Other issues included a bathroom door that would not close, an unstable table, and a refrigerator door that could not fully open. There were also unexpected charges. Before the stay, the hotel confirmed by phone that the cash deposit would be $450 and that there would be no additional charges. However, an extra $60 cash-deposit handling fee was later charged for two nights. At checkout, another $21 was deducted from the deposit for an allegedly stained towel. Despite repeated requests, the hotel did not provide receipts for these charges or a satisfactory explanation. Attempts to resolve the issue by phone and email were unsuccessful. Overall, the poor room conditions, unexpected fees, and lack of transparency made this a very disappointing experience.

Bad Liked: Location is great. Only 1 staff member was friendly and helpful. The building is in shambles, luckily our room was clean and surprised us compared to looking at the building. The people though....omg NO. Zombies everywhere, prostitutes, lots of drugs and fighting. You hear everything through the walls. I feel like a lot of these people live here, and its all alcohol and drugs. Cheap yes, safe no, comfortable no.
